Q: When and where is packet pickup?

A: You can pick up your packet at the Zoo on Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or race day at the Zoo starting at 9 a.m. up until race time.

Q: Are strollers allowed in the race?

A: Yes, strollers are allowed. We ask that runners/walkers pushing strollers line up near the back to start.

Q: Are spectators allowed inside the Zoo to watch?

A: Yes, spectators are allowed anywhere along the course, including inside the Zoo. The front gates of the Zoo will be open at 6:30 for spectators.

Q: Will we be allowed to walk through the Zoo after the race?

A: No, once the race concludes, the only area of the Zoo that will be open is the front plaza for the post-race party.

Q: Where should we park if we need to leave right after the race?

A: Parking is available free of charge in all of the Zoo’s lots. The finish line is located on the front plaza. The main parking lot will be closed to vehicle traffic for approximately one hour after the race starts. Vehicles parked in the main lot will not be able to exit until the course is cleared. If you need to leave early, you should park in the auxiliary lot located off McClean or park in the neighborhood.
